We, Prestige Holiday Resorts LLP, the owners of the “KARMA” brand wish to inform you that we have filed that legal proceeding against Karma Resorts and Hospitality LLP (KRH) and Karma Suites and Villas LLP (KSV) and their Directors before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court. During the pendency of the said proceeding KRH and KSV have stopped using the mark, label and name “KARMA” and they have also made a statement to that effect before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court.
This is to inform all that the said KRH and KSV have no right to use the name “KARMA” as a part of their corporate name, trade name, domain name, trademark and their website and brochures and all other promotional materials so as to avoid further confusion.
This is to further inform all that the brand name “KARMA” belongs exclusively to Prestige Holiday Resorts LLP.
