    ENCHANTING KARMA MINOAN

    Josie & Dan McNeil stayed in September 2018

    We loved our experience in Crete in 2015, so when we heard about the opening of Karma Minoan, we immediately booked a room, and invited family to join us. One sister is also a Karma member, and 2 other sisters came as our guests. Unfortunately, one sister could not make it due to work schedule. So it was going to be a special family reunion – 2 sisters coming from Toronto, 1 from San Francisco, and 1 from Manila.

    Karma Minoan was just the perfect place for us. We were awed by the natural beauty of its surroundings. The breathtaking view of the Mirabello Bay, the beautiful white sand beaches nearby, the charming town of Agios Nikolaos just 5 kilometres away, and other quaint towns (Plaka, Kritsa, etc.) not far away. The hospitality and innate goodness of the Cretan people are simply heartwarming.

    Everyone at Karma Minoan was so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed all the special events – the wine & cheese night (thanks to Paul, Akis, Craig, Chris and the rest of the Karma team), the quiz night, and all the special dinners. The resort staff was most helpful and accommodating, thanks to the resort manager Harry who kept a well-motivated team always ready to be of service. We enjoyed the food and drinks served at the resort, offered with a good discount to members.

    The rooms and facilities are comfortable, and although there were some aspects that need to be addressed (it being newly opened), we felt confident that the improvements will be well in place soon. For members like us who look for quiet relaxation with nature, Karma Minoan is just the ideal place. Our total experience was truly invigorating, so much so that at the end of our family reunion, another sister decided to become a Karma member! Our new Karma family member remarked…”What can we say… it was Karma!”

    We can’t wait to go back to Karma Minoan, with more family and friends.
